Dianna Juarez

Medical Assistant

Dianna Juarez is a young healthcare professional who graduated in 2023 with a strong foundation in science studies during high school. She advanced her education at the College of Healthcare Professionals, where she earned her certification in Medical Assisting. Since then, Dianna has gained valuable hands-on experience across plastic surgery, medspa, and wellness settings, allowing her to develop a well-rounded understanding of the aesthetic and healthcare industry.

Her passion for transforming lives, enhancing bodies, and exploring the art of aesthetics continues to grow with every patient interaction. Dianna is known for her compassionate approach and ability to make patients feel comfortable, heard, and confident throughout their journey.

Dianna is also fluent in Spanish, which allows her to communicate clearly and effectively with a broader range of patients, helping ensure they feel understood and supported every step of the way.

With a strong awareness of social media trends and patient engagement, she understands the importance of both in-clinic care and online presence in today’s aesthetic industry. With her well-rounded experience, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence, Dianna plays a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering outstanding care to every client we serve.

Maureen Ritacco

Maureen Ritacco graduated from Dean Jr. College with an Associates degree in Science for Child Development. She also took an administration class to open her family owned Day Care Center. She worked in Child Care for 26 years, giving her experience with communication.

Maureen has been working at Downsize Lipo Center of Houston for more than 11 years, specializing in communications with patients via email, calls, text messaging, and Facetime.

She helps our patients with financing their procedures, and scheduling the date of their procedures, and giving information about the procedure itself.

Maureen is a team player helping when needed, taking the patients’ measurements for their custom garments, writing work letters, and scheduling consultations and procedures, and calling the patients one week before their procedure, also calling the day before their procedure, with a follow-up call the day after the procedure.

Maureen is always available for the patients even after hours through text messaging, or phone calls. She wants all of the patients to have the best experience at Downsize Lipo Center.

I love my job here at Downsize Lipo Center and meeting so many diverse people, hearing about their journey to look better and feel better, with healthier diets and exercise. It is so wonderful to hear so many great stories from our patients. I look forward to continuing this journey with them now and in the future.

Maureen moved to Houston, Texas back in 2018 and loves being a Houstonian. She brought her family with her, along with her four dogs.
